House Rules

By booking our unit, you agree to follow these rules: One dog allowed. If your dog loves to chill on the furniture with you, that is perfectly fine! We do ask that you use the couch cover provided. Please pick up after your dog – bags provided. Do not leave your dog loose in the cabin while you are gone. We have provided a crate (and a mat to protect the floors) for your convenience. Dogs are not allowed in the hot tub. No smoking (including on the porch). A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected. No parties or events. Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost items: We are not responsible for personal belongings but will return found items at the cost of shipping. Vehicle safety: Lock your car and do not leave valuables inside. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or vehicle damage. Use at your own risk: Guests are solely responsible for their safety while at the cabin. Max occupancy: 2 guests. Additional guests require approval. False reservations may result in cancellation without refund. Breaking rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Use firepit/fireplaces responsibly.
